Oh no! We would hate to think you are not full satisfied with our products!
Any personalised items including names, dates and ages, we will not accept any returns as we are unable to sell on personalised items. However, if you receive your item and it is faulty or wrongly personalised due to our mistake, we are prepared to offer alternative solutions/replacements or we may ask you to kindly return to rectify.

All queries are to be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Parcels Must be in a resealable condition (unopened, un used and in the original packaging)
If the product has been posted to yourself and it is faulty/damaged then it is the buyers responsibility to cover postage for the returned product. we do not offer free postage on deliveries or returns.
Please Note, We ask you to re check any personalisations you request as we cannot refund or be held responsible for any names or details wrong due to the details you have wrongly provided. whatever name or text you type will be added to the product.
